Somewhere between the invoices, the DMs, and the "just this once" favours, the reason you started got buried. You're busy, but you're not sure everything you're doing actually matters anymore. This 90-minute session gives you a filter for that. Three circles: Purpose, Passion, Profit. Every offer, client, product, task and commitment gets tested against them. What's sitting in the centre is your sweet spot, protect it. What's sitting outside all three is noise you don't need to carry anymore.
You'll leave with a completed Compass, a clear Keep/Cut/Delegate/Redesign decision on everything you brought with you, and one action you're taking this week. Not another framework to file away. A filter you'll actually use.
Because the plateau most of us hit isn't a strategy problem. It's a "I'm doing ten things that don't serve me" problem. This session helps you see exactly which ten.
