Hire HQ is a purpose-built event and meeting space in the heart of Geraldton's CBD, designed for business owners, teams and community groups who need a professional, welcoming environment - without the corporate stuffiness.

Whether you're running a full-day strategy session, delivering a training program, hosting a team meeting, or bringing your community together for a workshop or event - Hire HQ gives you the space, technology and atmosphere to make it work.

It's warm. It's well-equipped. And it's ready when you are.

Please note: Hire HQ is a dry hire venue. This means the space is hired unstaffed - you have full, private use of the venue during your booking.

There is no kitchen on site; however, a full-sized fridge/freezer and tea & coffee making facilities are available.

4K Video Conferencing

Logitech MeetUp 2 all-in-one 4K conferencing system, fully compatible with Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. Connect remote attendees seamlessly.

BOSE Sound System

Premium audio - perfect for ambience and events, where sound quality matters.

Flexible Furniture

4 × 8-seater tables that can be rearranged into boardroom, classroom or workshop-style layouts. Configure the space to suit your event.

Refreshment Facilities

Tea & coffee making facilities plus a full-sized fridge/freezer for your use. Bring your own food and drinks, or arrange catering through a local supplier - we can share a list.

CBD Location

Right in the heart of Geraldton's CBD. Free parking within easy walking distance - the gravel carpark on Marine Terrace and the Geraldton Regional Library carpark on Chapman Road.

Hours & availability

Available 6 days a week, 7am–10pm, and Sundays 7am–8pm.

 

Need outside hours or a longer booking window? Just get in touch - we're flexible.

Dry hire - unstaffed

Hire HQ is hired privately and unstaffed. You have full use of the space for your booking. 

 

No kitchen on site - fridge/freezer and tea & coffee facilities available.

Catering

We don't provide catering, but you're welcome to bring your own food and drinks. 

 

Need local catering suppliers? We'll send you a list - just ask.

Parking

Free parking nearby - the gravel carpark on Marine Terrace and the Geraldton Regional Library carpark on Chapman Road, both an easy walk.

Right in Geraldton's CBD - central, accessible and easy to find. Located next door to Gray & Lawyers - and across the road from Desert Blue Connect.
